The maintenance Team Member is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building and infrastructure including HVAC system and equipment throughout the hotel. This would include: ongoing preventative maintenance projects, renovations, plumbing, painting, sheetrock work, electrical and carpentry. This position may also require the completion of custodial work as necessary while providing optimum service and satisfaction to hotel/restaurant guests and visitors; showing individual performance effectiveness, and following proper security & liability measures to protect the assets of the hotel and the Company.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for directing and administering all Housekeeping operations to ensure the overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This position includes the Laundry Department as well as working closely with the maintenance team.
The Cook is responsible for preparing appetizing foods for our Guests while meeting standards of the Hotel, Restaurants and Banquet Facilities.
The Server is responsible for welcoming and sitting guests comfortably as well as serving food and/or beverages while delivering outstanding guest service. Responsibilities include following a daily schedule, performing proper set-up, maintenance, and break-down of the restaurant and providing excellent guest service and satisfaction.

The hostess is often the first person to interact with guests and is the first impression of the company. It is the responsibility of the Hostess to greet and welcome guests, seat them and answer any follow up questions. The Hostess is required to ensure the guests are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their tables and wait times for food. When necessary, the Hostess will offer beverages to the waiting guests. Other responsibilities include following a daily schedule, performing proper set-up, maintenance, break-down and cleaning of the breakfast area while providing excellent guest service and satisfaction.
The House Attendant is responsible for Maintaining Guest floor and Public Space cleanliness. Responsibilities may also include Fitness Center, and Meeting Room cleanliness. Provides support to Room Attendants as assigned. May also support Laundry Department needs. The House person works under the direction of the Director/Manager of Housekeeping, Operations Managers or General Manager.
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and assisting with cleanliness of guest floors hallways; maintaining cleanliness of public areas and restrooms in hotel by performing the duties outlined below. Other duties may be assigned as needed within the department.
Guest Service / Front Desk Agent responsibilities include completing all activities listed in Front Desk checklist, performing various marketing duties (upselling) to generate additional revenue, providing optimum service and satisfaction to hotel/restaurant guests and visitors; showing individual performance effectiveness, and following proper security & liability measures to protect the assets of the hotel and the Company.
The Night Auditor works at the front desk of a hotel during the night, and they must ensure that the quality and integrity of the establishment are maintained just as diligently as they are during the day. Some of their typical duties include completing all activities listed in Front Desk checklist, performing various marketing duties (upselling) to generate additional revenue, providing optimum service and satisfaction to hotel/restaurant guests and visitors; showing individual performance effectiveness, and following proper security & liability measures to protect the assets of the hotel and the Company
