Houseman- 

• Assisting with the movement of heavy items such as mattresses, linens, chairs, and tables. Maintaining cleanliness in common areas, including public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, and storage areas.Providing exceptional service and attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction.

Room Attendant -

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming

• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed

• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed

• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis

• Dispose of trash and recyclables

• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

• Perform guest turn down service, as needed

Laundry attendant -

•  Retrieves dirty linens from housekeeping

•  Separates linens by type and pre-treats stains

•  Ensures dirty linens are properly washed and dried

•  Folds and stacks clean linen on linen carts

•  Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

•  Perform various other duties as assigned

 

Housekeeping supervisor-

• The Floor Supervisor is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel.

• The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels.

• The Floor Supervisor oversees both Room Attendants and Houseman working on the floors conducting detailed inspections of their work.

 

Night Auditor -

• Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.

• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, in person or on the phone

• Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities and telling them about ways to improve their stay.

• Handle cash and credit transactions.

• Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests in and out - take IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes.

Guest service Agent-

• Greets guests as they arrive, focus on personal recognition

• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities

• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival

• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed

• Responsible for the issued bank. Count bank at beginning and end of shift. Ensure that all cash drops are done in accordance with proper cash handling procedures and report all cash over/ shorts to management.

• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.

• Assisting with lobby activation as needed.

• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
