Positions Available
Front Desk Attendant:
The Front Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, processing reservations, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
Breakfast Attendant:
The Breakfast Attendant prepares and serves breakfast items to guests, ensuring a welcoming and clean dining area. Responsibilities include setting up food stations, maintaining inventory, adhering to food safety standards, and providing friendly service to enhance the guest dining experience.
Night Audit:
The Night Auditor performs essential overnight financial and administrative tasks, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate records of guest accounts. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain the integrity of financial operations.
Cook:
The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet guest expectations and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Duties include menu planning, cooking, plating dishes, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and exceptional dining experiences.
Laundry Attendant:
The Laundry Attendant manages the cleaning and maintenance of linens, towels, and guest clothing, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment, sorting and folding items, and maintaining inventory levels.
Houseperson:
The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by ensuring public areas are clean and well-maintained. Duties include restocking supplies, assisting with room turnovers, and responding to guest requests, all while promoting a positive and welcoming environment throughout the facility.
