Ascent Hospitality is a vertically integrated hotel development and management company. Our current portfolio consists of 26 Select Service Hotels comprising over 2500 luxurious rooms in major leisure, business and convention markets across the United States.
Ascent Hospitality is located in Dalton, Georgia, with additional offices in Indianapolis, IN and Winchester, VA. We have the structure and capability of developing and operating hotels all across the United States.

We have assembled an experienced and entrepreneurial hospitality management team capable of achieving focused objectives. Our senior management has over 50 years of combined experience in all segments of the lodging industry, and has proved highly successful in the pre-opening, new property opening, takeover, re-positioning, and optimization of all hotel operations.
We employ effective centralized controls that provide top-notch corporate services yet promote flexibility and encourage employees to develop innovative solutions. Our comprehensive Management Information Systems monitor hotel level performance in such areas as Quality Assurance, Guest Satisfaction, room yield utilization, labor and cash management, expense variances and other items on a daily basis. We provide centralized corporate support services and other programs in accounting, payroll, data processing, interior design, sales, marketing and advertising, and vendor purchases, but empower hotel general managers to vary from such initiatives as appropriate.
Ascent Hospitality seeks to capitalize on its experience and expertise in acquiring, developing, repositioning, renovating and operating hotels by selecting unique opportunities in attractive markets.
